It's always bombad when Jar Jar Binks appears in new Star Wars content, so we were pleased to discover that the lovable Gungan is in the first issues of Star Wars Adventures: Ghosts of Vader's Castle.

The comic, released on September 22nd, 2021, was written by Cavan Scott with illustrations by Francesco Francavilla and Megan Levens. It features a character named Milo Graf telling his droid best friend about a dream that he had. This dream involves Anakin Skywalker, Padmé Amidala, R2-D2, C-3PO, and, yes, Jar Jar Binks investigating a distress call from the heretofore unheard of planet Rubinero.

When they arrive, they find no life forms. They do, however, run into a bunch of creepy zombie droids.

The canonicity of any of these events is questionable, but it's still wonderful to see Jar Jar in anything new, being his usual helpful and heroic self. What are your thoughts on the comic? Let us know!
