the rebels have won 
"wesa free!" a gungan
yelled it wasn't jar jar

At the end of Return of the Jedi, starting with the DVD release of the film, there's a brief celebration scene that takes place on Naboo after the fall of the Empire. Gungans and Naboo alike are having a grand time, and one Gungan even shouts out "Wesa free!" Many people thought that this was supposed to be Jar Jar Binks making a brief cameo, but it turns out that it wasn't Ahmed Best doing the voice at all, but Skywalker Sound editor (and voice of General Grievous) Matthew Wood. Supposedly Wood inserted it as a joke and George Lucas liked it and left it in.
