Clarks Summit Festival of Ice 2019 – Ice Wars
From February 15-17th, 2019, the Clarks Summit Festival of Ice is occurring in Clarks Summit, Pennsylvania. This is the 15th year of the festival, and the theme this year is Ice Wars.
