Gungans and Naboo alike are having a grand time, and one Gungan even shouts out &#8220;Wesa free!&#8221; Many people thought that this was supposed to be Jar Jar Binks making a brief cameo, but it turns out that it wasn&#8217;t Ahmed Best doing the voice at all, but Skywalker Sound editor (and voice of General Grievous) Matthew Wood.
